Buick VS. Ford
The 29th Annual Buick vs Ford Shootout is approaching, and both teams are here to discover who the fastest are. If you own a Ford (or Ford-powered) vehicle or any Buick, Oldsmobile, Pontiac, Cadillac, GMC (or any LS-powered) car/truck, you're eligible to participate in the race!
We typically witness over 150 cars competing on the 1/4 mile, ranging from 17-second trucks to 11-second muscle cars and sub-7-second race cars. Whether you're fast or slow, everyone can join in the fun.

At 5PM, testing sessions will begin, followed by intense qualifying rounds at 6PM. It's a showdown you won't want to miss! Get ready to witness racing history unfold before your eyes!

King of the Open ROad
• Drag and Drive (200+ Mile scenic cruise experience)
• Drag Racing
• Roll Racing (NEW)
• Car show(200 mile cruise is optional but encouraged)
• Hangout and Race with TRC!
This event is held in the spirit of Drag Week and Race Week, where participants will be required to make a 200 mile cruise, return to Thunder Valley, and qualify and compete for over $30,000 in payouts. Parking and Testing will be available Friday Night, followed by a 4-hour cruise, 200 mile cruise, and two rounds of qualifying on Saturday Evening. Final qualifying and eliminations will be run Sunday, followed by awards.
