There will only be one winner. To enter you must complete and submit the sign-up form, you can have your name entered multiple times by getting people to list you as the person who told them about the giveaway. You must provide a verified email and phone number for your entry to be valid. You can only enter the contest one time. Duplicate entries will simply be removed. You can enter up until midnight on October 31st. Winners will be announced Nov. 1.
